A horizontal rigid bar AC is supported by two columns with pinned ends ( AD and BE) at points A and B. A vertical load P acts at the end of the bar. AD has the length of 40cm and area of A AD = 300mm2 while BE has the length of 20cm and area of Age = 400mm². The modulus of elasticity of both sections is E = 200GPa. The length of AB = 40cm and BC = 50cm as show below: = ADO Sacm B TO A#400mm E P=20KN A=300mm E=200GPa
