I'm trying to understand how to find the moment vector
associated with the force in each scenario above. So in (A) above,
what direction does the moment vector point if it was drawn onto
the corresponding I-beam on the right.
For (B), how does the angle affect the direction of the moment
vector? Again, can you draw the moment vector on it's corresponding
I-beam?
For (C), does the orientation of the beam affect the direction
of the moment vector compared to (A)?
Is there a general rule that the moment vector is always ...
(eg: 90 degrees clockwise to the force) ?
