A shaft transmission system for driving a cam-spring
mechanism and conveyor system is illustrated schematically on the
second page. Helical gear at the left end is driven by an electric
motor at a speed of N(rpm) in CW and conveyor system is
driven by spur gear at the right end. The centerline of the spur
gears makes angle ‘α’ with vertical. The cam mechanism allows the
material to flow from the tank and the conveyor system moves the
material spilled. Electric motor power is sufficient for the
continuous motion of the system. The shaft is supported by two
bearings. Axial load is carried by the bearing at the right
end.
Note:please mention everything with much details
