The uniform 40-lb bar with attached wheels is released from rest
when theta= 60°. The radius of wheel B is rA= 0.5 ft. If the
wheels roll without slipping on the horizontal and vertical
surfaces, determine the angular velocity of the bar, the velocity
of the center of wheel B, and the angular velocity of wheel A when
theta= 45°. Neglect the weights of the two wheels. (IG=1/2ml^2,
where l is the length of the bar.)
