Discuss the differences among Maslow Hierarchy of Needs,
Expectancy, and/or Equity motivation theories. How would you use
these theories to motivate employee behavior differently? Be sure
to provide specific examples of how you would apply and/or see
these theories at work. As part of your explanation, also
explain how you might restructure a job to make it more interesting
using JCM and the role of goal displacement when aligning goals to
incentives.
