garage should exceed 15' in height. A homeowner built a garage that
was 15 6" high. Do the neighbors have any recourse:

C. yes, if they apply to a court for an injuction
D. yes, if they contact the developer before applying for an
injuction
What would the most valid answer be and does it matter
if it is Hawaii and if so why? Would love an explanation with the
