QUESTION 3 Gweta, Zoroga and Tsokatshaa villages in the Central District are prone to the devastating impact flash floods and the residents are aware of the perilous consequences acquired from past experiences. Heavy Rains induced by Tropical Cyclone Dineo in 2017 led to overflowing of rivers due to soil saturation.
