Mr Lee, is the Head of Marketing Department. He instructed his sales staffs to follow his instructions without question. Problem aroused because the sales staffs did not agree with his management style. Some have requested for an intervention from HR Department. En Azman, the HR manager called for a meeting with each of the sales staff to listen to their grievances. As he listened to their problems, he wondered how he would conveyed the situation and proposed suggestions to Mr Lee, knowing that the latter comes from the old management school of thought.
