Hypertensive clients also have some symptoms like headache, nosebleeds, breathing difficulty, fatigue, weakness, vision disturbance. 2] Consequences of hypertension: A) Coronary artery disease (because of high blood pressure high force of blood against the artery wall it damages the blood vessels). B) Stroke (High blood pressure can cause the blood clots in arteries, blocking blood flow can cause stroke). C) Congestive heart failure (heart can't pump enough blood because of high blood pressure) D) Trouble in understanding (high blood pressure may affect the ability of thinking. remembering, and learning) E) Dementia (dementia is mental illness caused by brain damage, injury or brain disease. The high blood pressure can impair the structure or function of the brain. And promote ischemic injury that can lead to dementia) 3) I choose hypertension because now a days most of the people are suffering from high blood pressure because of improper food habits, culture values, busy Lifestyles, Ignorance related to hypertension, and lack of exercise. And many more reason.
