Jack O'Lantern is a 48 year old male who is visiting his primary care physician for increasing severity of indigestion. He began experiencing indigestion a year ago, mostly at night. He takes Tums several times a day. He has recently undergone knee surgery and since that time he has gained almost 35 pounds. Hel also does not participate in any exercise and drinks 1-2 beers, 3-4 times per week. Height: 5'9" Weight: 215# 24 hour recall Recommendations. Breakfast: 2 cups dry cereal, 1 cup whole milk, 16 oz orange juice, 1 cup coffee (black) Lunch: Deli sandwich (white bread, bologna, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise), 1 cup of chips, 12 oz Mt.
