The mean times to relief for each group was found to be ₁ 44 and ₂ = 49 minutes and the standard deviations were found to be s₁ = 11 and s2 = 9, respectively. Assume that both the populations of times to relief are normally distributed with equal population standard deviations. = (a) (3 pts.)
