non-return to zero signal with s01=+3 volt and
s02= 0 volt. The bit rate is 3Mbps. The equivalent
bandwidth of the low pass filter is 2MHz. The power spectral
density of the noise is N0/2=10-8 Watt/Hz.
What is the probability of error Pe (Bit error
rate)? Assume the white
Gaussian noise is thermal noise. (no need to calculate the
