Dear Chief Legal Officer, As you know, our company BLAW HOLDINGS, has many subsidiaries and is involved in many different ventures across a wide array of business lines. We have had some issues come up with our subsidiary CONNECT FORE, LLC, which has a dating app for people interested in golf. Our CFO for Connect Fore wants to use a pricing model with different prices based upon a customer's age and gender. Are there any constitutional or unfair competition issues at which we need to address? What if the pricing model was instead based upon a customer's golf handicap? Also, in development of the app there has been a dispute about the use of some code. In Connect Fore's Investigation, our company attorneys have learned some information about one of the developers (named "Klepto") that Klepto may have stolen the code from a previous employer. We want to use this information against Klepto if needed; however, it seems that Klepto believed that our attorney was representing him and not just the company during the interview. Any issues with this? I need your response by 11:59pm on Monday, May 2, 2022 so I can brief the board of directors on Tuesday morning
