The board of a mall is worried that following the pandemic, 40%
of their mall has vacancies, and they are trying to determine which
types of stores they should fill the vacant slots with. The plan to
include restaurants, leisure facilities, coffee shops,
children’s play facilities, gyms/health/beauty, and others. They
will also run discounts and offers to try and entice more people to
use the mall over online shopping. They would like to determine a
process they could use to find the ratio of what types of stores
should be included in the mall. What process which uses data should
the mall owners implement to help determine the ratio of which
stores should be in the mall.
