You have been asked to recruit and select a new bass guitar player at the Palomino Club. (A terrific Winnipeg bar). The Palomino Club has a band which performs most nights (often called a "house band). The Club requires a bass guitar player who will appeal to their mature yet hip target market. Provide a detailed report that lists step by step the process by which the Club should undertake to fill the bass guitar player position. You are expected to explain why you are suggesting each step in the process. Diversity is encouraged. (8 marks)
