The clerk claimed that the price printed I the ad was wrong and that the price was really $20. What result when Ralph sues RX for breach of contract? Ralph loses because the ad was not an offer. Ralph wins because a binding contract was formed when he told the clerk he wanted to buy the calculator for $10. Ralph loses because the contract was not in writing. Ralph wins because RX must live up to the terms in the ad.
