The garage costs $8,000. The sign of the garage: 1 - is, 0 - no.
The number of the district reflects its location (a better district has a bigger number accordingly). Each district raises
the selling price by $500. For example, the market price of the fourth district is higher than the second one by $1000 {$500 [4-2]}).
Every month the selling price of the object increases by $200.
For the object considered above using the comparison method, determine the corrected selling price: for this purpose, determine the corrected selling price for three comparable objects.
