Question III.4
The shares of stock A have traded close to $20 for most of the past
three years. The shares of stock B have traded as high as $100 and
as low as its current $70. Since stock B has demonstrated a large
amount of price movement, the stock has a very high beta and high
expected return. Do you agree with this analysis? Please
explain.
