4. You have recently assumed office as administrator for SEFWI-WIASO DISTRICT HOSPITAL. At the monthly management meeting your medical superintendent was complaining bitterly about how unfair the Patient's Charter is. He bemoans the fact that it only concerns itself with patient right issues without a word about patient responsibilities. He then remembered that as a graduate of the Department of Public Administration and Health Service Management, you received guidance on these matters and therefore may have a better understanding of what the contents of the Ghana's Patient's Charter are. Explain why your medical superintendent's viewpoint is inaccurate and provide five (5) examples each of patient right and patient responsibility issues as contained in the Charter. (25 Marks).
