You are creating a Pt catalyst on Au using SLRR of Cu UPD ML. The oxidation state of Pt and Cu is 2+. The driving force for this reaction in the original conditions, experiment 1, is +300 mV. However, the original solution is modified to solution number 2 in which the concentration of Pt ions has been increased 100 times and concentration of the Pb ions has been increased 1000 times. What kind a ratio between nucleation densities of Pt clusters is expected from experiment 1 and experiment 2. Make a smart statement of the relative reactivity of Pt clusters obtained in these experiments.
