I recently graduate BS civil in US couple months ago. I plan to become traffic engineer if anyone in this field atleast 5 years or experience with it please let me know
1) After experience couple years, do your company consider master transportation engineer for promotion, increase salary or after couple years working, bachelor degree is enough for traffic engineer ? (I make sure to see if master can help or bachelor is enough, to avoid wasting my time in master now)
2) Is the job basically easier than the time you take classes with stressful exam as undergraduate, so is real job work easier compare to as a student ?
3) In your opinion, how long company training entry level traffic engineer ? And if someone very low understanding, will it still easily to get fired or they train until us understanding everything ?
4) In your starter job as entry level traffic engineer, will company immediately require FE in your first day work, or they not require quickly ?
Thanks
