Pressure in the spinal fluid is measured as shown in the figure,
by connecting a small tube between the fluid in the spine and a
column of water. Suppose the pressure in the spinal fluid
is 12 mm Hg.
What is the reading, in centimeters of water, if the person sits
up, placing the top of the fluid 60 cm above the tap in their
spine? The density of spinal fluid is 1.05 g/mL, and you can assume
that the pressure at the top of the spinal column
