Erica manages an online retailer that makes and sells two kinds
of microphones, the Thumper and the XL2000. Each Thumper takes 2
hours to create the plastic parts, 10 hours to create the
electronics, and 5 hours for assembly. Each XL2000 requires 5 hours
to create the plastic parts, 5 hours to create the electronics, and
7 hours for assembly. The factory can handle a maximimum of 1060
hours to create the plastic parts, 3660 hours to create the
electronics, and 2100 hours for assembly each week. If each Thumper
generates $11 in revenue, and each XL2000 generates $7, how many of
each of the microphones should Erica have the online retailer make
and sell each week to earn the most revenue?
