Scenario 2: A 52-year-old client presents with chest pain and
shortness of breath to his doctor at 10:00 am. His doctor requests
for an urgent ECG and Cardiac Enzymes test (results to be delivered
by midday) but your waiting room is inundated with clients waiting
for blood tests such a screenings. Your supervisor requests the
client suffering from chest pain be prioritised first. You foresee
all of the other clients complaining about this. You and your
colleague (Supervisor) need to collaborate and devise a plan to
work through all the clients.
