Rather than just looking at the impact of type of music on grades I may hypothesize that the type of music that you listen to during the exam has different effects for males and for females. So specifically, I hypothesize that for males listening to country music while taking exams improves performance but for females listening to classical music while taking an exam improves performance.
Based on the last question....In this analysis what are the two main effects that we would test for?
