Figure Q2 (e) shows a belt drive used to transmit power from electric motor A to a fan. The electric motor A is rotated at 4000 RPM. The diameter of electric motor pulley A and fan's pulley B is 50 mm and 180 mm respectively. (iii) (iv) (v) (vi) Find the velocity ratio of both pulley A and B. Calculate the operating speed of the fan. Determine the belt speed. Find the angular acceleration of both pulley A and B if the tangential acceleration of the belt is 0.8 m/s.
