You are a Community Worker and have been assigned to work with Edward. Edward is a 10-year-old boy who has been in foster care since he was 5 years old. He is an indigenous child who is going to live in a Residential Care Facility Called XYZ Residentials as his foster Care placement broke down. Read your Case Management Job Description and then write two questions about your job role to be clarified with your supervisor. One of your questions must be about the expectation of completing case notes within 2 hours of your shift ending.
