3. (10 points) there are a batch of workpieces as shown in the figure. The 0400.04mm outer circle, 200.02mm inner hole and both ends have been processed and qualified. Now, according to the processing scheme shown in the figure, locate them with 90'V-shaped blocks and support nails, and mill a keyway with a width of 80.05mm on the end milling machine. In addition to the groove width requirements, the following requirements shall be met: 1) The axial position dimension of the groove is 1 = 15002mm, 2) Grooye bottom postion dimension H+ 39001mm 3) The symmetry tolerance t (c) = 0,05mm of both sides of the groove facing the cylindrical axis + the positioning error calculated by trial analysis.
