DIE CUT
INDICATIONS:
1) Each grid square is 3/4 inch on a side.
2) Consider that the type of material to be used is 1030 steel and
the sheet gauge is 18.
3) Calculate the punching force in TONS, required in each of the
following 5 pieces. Consider that all the punches go down at the
same time.
4) Make a drawing of the foil strip design for each figure.
5) Calculate the following (according to the design of the foil
strips):
Sheet pitch, width of the figure, height
of the figure, calculation of the
Variable "B", calculation of the width
of the tape.
