A cam drive is used for a mechanism that drives an automated assembly machine. The cam follower must rise outward 13 mm with HARMONIC MOTION in 3 sec, DWELL for 1 sec, fall 5 mm with CONSTANTVELOCITY in 2 sec, DWELL for 1 sec, fall 8 mm with CONSTANT VELOCITY in 2 sec, DWELL for 1 sec and then repeat the sequence. Determine the required speed of the cam in (RPM's) and graphically plot a follower displacement diagram using Excel.
