1. Port-B are connected to a DC motor. We want to control the speed based on 3 input switches connected to port-C (PCo-PC2). The logic is if the switch pattern is 000, the motor runs at minimum speed and if the switch pattern is 111, then it runs at maximum speed. To generate Pulse Width Modulated DC supply, provide 10 ms on-time and 10 ms off-time for minimum speed and reduce off-time for higher speed. Develop a table of 8 data for off-time. (a) Draw the hardware connection diagram, (b) Find the control word, (c) Write an assembly language program to read switch pattern and control the speed accordingly.
