Using the flow charts and algorithms created in class do the following for each problem:
1. Create an appropriate graphical user interface in visual studio
2. Implement the algorithm
3. Run and test your complete application
4. Using the attached sample answer sheet as a guide, create your results file in MS Word
5. Take screenshots of the user interface containing the test results and paste in the MS word document
6. Copy and paste the code under the appropriate screenshot
7. Upload your WORD file on this site.

9. SUBMITTING VIA E-MAIL WILL RESULT IN A MARK OF ZERO
