(c) A soft clay, with a water content of 80%, is mixed with dry cement to prepare specimens of cement-stabilized clay in the laboratory. The cement content, defined as the mass of dry cement over the mass of dry clay, is 30%. Full hydration of 1 kg of dry cement consumes 0.3 kg of water. An additional amount of water, equal to 1/10 the mass of cement, is evaporated during cement-clay mixing due to the heat generated. After casting, the specimens are perfectly sealed in a plastic bag, and the evaporation is negligible during curing. Estimate the final water content of the cement-stabilized clay. (6 Marks)
