5) Compare Costco and Wal Mart These firm have very different perspectives on how they are going to interact in foreign countries.Both aim for very high Cpk index numbers,but Costco has special teams of experts/consultants who will travel to specific foreign countries where g firms in Costco's supply chain are having difficulties in attaining high Con indices.They help these firms become more efficient, as opposed to Walmart which does not make a similar effort to help firms improve but simply cuts them out of its supply chain.
