35 Imagine that you have been employed with a company for a few years. You see your company beginning to have financial problems, lack of innovation, no growth, and lack of leadership; the company is basically faltering. You have ideas to start your own company with the same products and services, feeling confident you will succeed. Should you lure away employees and customers from your current employer and bring them over to your new venture? What alternatives do you have and what are the consequences of each? What would be the most ethical decision? Your responses to this Discussion Board question are due as scheduled. Please follow the Discussion Board Rubric when writing your response. You will be graded on the following Categories: Content, Critical Thinking, Timeliness, and Involvement and Responsiveness. The Discussion Board Rubric can be located in the blue Navigation Panel in Blackboard.
