Lincs Communication, a newly registered Call Centre recently advertised for a Human
Resource Manager. You applied and were successful in your application. As a newly minted HR functionary, you are tasked with developing a disciplinary code. The majority of the staff have been observed, loitering, being frequently absent without any reasonable explanation, not meeting targets, leaving early or before quitting time, being late for shifts, eating outside the lunch room, loafing, removing information from the notice boards, and even sleeping on the job.
You are aware that as a call centre all the calls are monitored, but you believe if the employees knew about the disciplinary code that their behaviours w change.
4(a). Draft a disciplinary code taking into accounts all the observed offences and any other instance that would be relevant for a call centre (20 marks)
