Corporate Governance is the process of ensuring that the
companies are managed in such a way as to maximize value for their
owners while fulfilling the responsibilities they have toward
stakeholders
It has been widely accepted by corporate governance advocates
that the entire board of the care maker Nissan should take
responsibility for the alleged disclosure failings of the company.
The board should have collective responsibility over this issue and
their lack of knowledge speaks poorly about their internal
controls.
What internal controls should be in place in companies
