You will work in teams on ONE of the cases previously identified in Assignment 1. As a team, imagine that the general manager of your chosen business case has hired you to examine ONE main problem that is hampering the success of the business, and analyse in detail the external and internal factors that are contributing to this problem. The report should include secondary research evidence from books, journals and businesses in a similar context that explains these external (industry, market) and internal (organizational structure, human resources, etc.) factors. Your team will submit a joint written report of up to 3,000 words in the following format: Executive summary 1. Introduction (business profile and problem) 2. External factors impacting success 3. Internal factors impacting success 4. Conclusion and recommendations. Reference List. Evidence from other sources must be referenced using APA 7th Edition style. The report must contain the following: A. An overview of the problem and your group perspective on this issue (Why is this a problem and why should we care about it?) B. A detailed analysis of the problem in a specific context chosen by the team includin secondary data. C. The key aspects that should be considered to tackle this issue, based on the course learnings and your team discussion. D.
