Just out of curiosity, I started poking around to see how
difficult it would be to find data on crime in my community. I
started with the state of Missouri and after a minor bit of
clicking around, I found this (Links to an external site.). A good
resource and relatively user-friendly. What about the community
where you live. Is your local government providing access to
community-level crime data? Is the data useful? Are they linking
data or analytics to big-picture community-level
problem-solving?
