Competency: Facilitate cooperation between an among

Student Outcome: The student can identify ways to
obtain feedback and encourage cooperation in situations where there
is conflict among personnel in a program.

Scenario
Community: While employed as a health educator in a
public health department, you are able to buy a new
“top-of-the-line” computer through grant money. There
are four health educators who will be using the new
computer. Conflict among personnel is developing
regarding where the computer will be located and how priority will
be established for using it.
