Does having it means that a person is borderline Rh negative /Rh positive? Is enhancement media needed to detect Du? 6. Anti-D titers of <1:8 usually indicate that Rho-Gam ban be given safely, however it should be reviewed by the pathologist. What conditions can occur in a Rh-negative pregnant patient with Anti-D? 7. How many different antisera are used for Rh genotyping? Which are used first? If Anti E is used first and is negative, should Anti-e be tested with the patient's cells, or is it necessary? If Anti-E gives a positive reaction, should Anti-e be tested?
