A conical clutch has an included angle of 126 degrees. The outer and inner diameters are 92 mm and 20 mm respectively. Calculate the force required to press the two halves together in N, if it is to transmit 177 W at 740 rev/min. The coefficient of friction is 0.3. Assume the uniform wear theory. Give your answer to 2 dp.
