Consider the system mf(t) + c/(t) + ka(t) = kf(t); f(t) = sin(st) with m=1.0, C=0.3, and k = 9.0. Do the following: (a) Compute the natural frequency Wn. (b) Compute the damping ratio c. (c) Compute the damped natural frequency will (d) Compute the resonant (or peak) frequency wr (or wp). (e) State if the system is (a) overdamped. (b) critically damped, (c) underdamped, or (a) un damped, and (1) Compute the magnitude of the transfer function T(s) = X(s)/F(s) when the input is at the resonant frequency, i.e. W = Wr. (8) Compute the frequency response. (h) Generate the Bode plots by using Matlab. Attach necessary parts with plots.
