Question 3 (a) Design a Yagi-Uda antenna with a directivity of 14.2 dB for operation at 300 MHz with a folded dipole feed. Take d/l = 0.0085. C6/CLO2/PLO2 (15 marks) a (b) A parabolic antenna dish with aperture efficiency of 50% and an axial feed located at 14.0 m is to be used to receive signal at 12 GHz. The antenna has 75 dB gain with aperture number of 0.25. Assess if the indoor unit be able to receive the signal from the feed. C5/CLO2/PLO2 (10 marks)
