o O Design a simple microprocessor system based on 8051 microcontroller that will use one 7-segment common anode display. Your circuit should display sign “H” in static mode control of the display. Draw a full schematic, describe component selection and calculate resistor values. Do not forget about the power supply and the assembler code. Connect your display's anode to P3.0 and cathodes to P1.0-P1.7. You do not have to use decimal point of the display. Available power supply is 8V Available LED display has voltage drop of 2V when forward-biased with 3mA current per segment. Available microcontroller is AT89C2051: Power supply voltage should be fixed to 5V Reset circuit – 10uF capacitor connected to VCC Max GPIO current (per pin) - ImA source, 10mA sink Clock should be connected using an 12 MHz crystal resonator No MOVX function Do not add programming interface or communication peripherals Available NMOS and PMOS transistors - Vrhl = 2V, Ipsmax = 1A Gate polarization resistor should be 10 MOhm to ground Gate should be connected with microcontroller pin with 100 Ohm series resistor When the transistor is turned ON the Ups = 0 (no voltage drop on active transistor) Available voltage regulator: LM7805 Fixed 5V output Output current 1A Power dissipation max 1W Use 100uF and 100nF capacitors for input/output filtering We can assume that the entire circuit will not consume more than 100mA of current. ооо o . o O .
