Question 1 (Soalan 11 As a Project Manager you are required to evaluate the price estimate based on quantity using detailed drawings for the construction of the foundation and ground beams of a residential house in kangar, Perlis. Please refer to the relevant drawings in appendix A1, A2, A3 & A3 and you are required to submit the following: Sebagai Pengurus Projek anda dikehendaki menilai anggaran harga berdasarkan berasaskan kuantiti menggunakan lukisan terperinci bagi kerja-kerja membina asas penapak dan rasuk tanah sebuah rumah kediaman di kangar, Perlis. Sila rujuk di lukisan-lukisan yang berkaitan lampiran Al, A2, A3 & A3 dan anda dikehendaki mengemukakan perkara berikut: a) Please suggest the elements related to the quantity of material involved briefly for the whole item involved to make the foundation of the tread and ground beams as in appendix A1 & A2. [Sila cadangkan elemen-elemen yang berkaitan kuantiti bahan yang terlibat secara secara ringkas untuk keseluruhan item yang terlibat untuk membuat asas penapak dan rasuk tanah seperti di lampiran A1 & A2 ] (2 Mark) b) Please submit the total calculation of the details of the list of quantities of column bases, footings and ground beams involving concrete materials and reinforcements involved only excluding mold work and other items as stated above. Please use the quantitative detail paper format during the calculation as enclosed together in appendix A4.
