You have been approached by an investor who is in the process of
purchasing a 10,000m2 warehouse which was constructed in the 1990s
and has been the subject of only basic reactive maintenance since
completion. Prior to undertaking an acquisition survey (TDD) you
need to develop a client / contract instruction to undertake this.
