Problem
You are the Manager of a large department of an organization.
You have noticed, over the past 6 months, that the department’s
performance has declined significantly. You meet with your
supervisors and ask them their thoughts on why they think
performance has declined. Their response is that they feel their
performance goals are set too high and the majority of their
employees are not achieving their individual targets.
