For the proposal and final report: Each of you are required to do a case study, prepare the presentation, and submit the final report for the course. 1. The topic. You can choose any specific enterprise, applying the theory within the supply chain and logistics, evaluating the performance from its operational aspect. For example, you may like to discuss the transportation network efficiency of a company, or product and service design of a company and how it matches the company's competitive strategy, the impact of implementing new technology such as big data or artificial intelligent on the company's operational performance, and how it works. If you are not sure about your topic, you are welcome to discuss with me. 2. The structure of the case study report: may consist the introduction, the problem description, the analyses, the discussion and suggestion, the conclusion, references.
