An industrial enterprise uses three specialized electric ovens. On average, an oven breaks down every 18 days (exponentially distributed). There is one technician in charge of repairing all broken ovens. When there are one or two broken, he takes an average of 12 days to repair one oven. When the three of them are broken down he gets help from another department which reduces his repairing time to 8 days on average. The technician repairs one oven at a time and the repairing time distributes exponentially. Determine the following:
